Get to know Brandy...
Q: If you had a giant billboard and it could say anything to the world, what would you want it to say?
A: BE KIND-you have no idea what the person next to you is going through!
Q: What is the best advice you have received in
your career that has helped you feel successful?
A: You don’t have to achieve perfection, you have to put your best foot forward and do the best you can!
Q: Quite Quitting is becoming more prevalent in our work life. In the last five years, what have you become better at saying no to (distractions, invitations, etc.)? What new realizations and/or approaches helped?
A: I have learned to take time for myself in the morning, workout, eat breakfast quietly, and then start my day. Tend not to look at the phone or computer until I have done those things.
I also spend a lot of time with my family and have learned to be present at the moment and less distracted by work.
Remember it will still be there when you get back!
