Client Success Specialist

 The Client Success Specialist is responsible for supporting customers as they transition from being sales prospects to customers. The Client Success Specialist works directly with clients to help solve their problems, ensure their satisfaction, and promote value through the customer experience. They serve as the bridge between sales and the fulfillment department and act as day-to-day contact for customers. This role focuses on building loyalty to ensure long-term client retention by addressing customer issues and helping with upsells and renewals.  Remote / Denver Greater Area / Phoenix Greater Area

Duties and Responsibilities of Role:

  • Partner with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition and onboarding experience
  • Proactively build relationships with customers to create mutual trust
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and work to establish a positive rapport with every customer
  • Act as an advisor to customers to ensure they’re leveraging the Simplifyance™ software effectively
  • Monitor and identify usage trends to uncover renewal risks and promote greater adoption rates of Simplifyance™ software
  • Partner with development and fulfillment teams to ensure feedback is integrated into software enhancement plans
  • Upsell services and retain existing customers via Simplifyance™ software renewals
  • Promote Simplifyance™ referral program
  • Solicit testimonials and google reviews from customers
