Position Overview:

The role of Licensing and Accreditation Consultant supports the organization’s mission by providing organizational strategic planning, regulatory research, project management, and consulting services. Additionally, the position increases the organization’s value through the demonstration of creative input, process improvement, strategic thinking, and problem-solving.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  •  Deliver project deliverables with Licensing and Accreditation Team in project-based consulting.
    • Serve as Project Support and Project Lead on incoming consulting projects.
    • Work with consulting clients on areas of compliance such as Clinical, Medical, HR, Operations, Facilities, and Leadership.
    • Creation of Policy & Procedure Templates
    • Perform Policy Reviews, Chart Audits, and HR File Audits of consulting project clients.
    • Display confidence and expertise throughout consulting work with clients, ensuring appropriate feedback and suggestions are given to the client throughout the project.
  • Legal, regulatory, and compliance related research
  • Proactive learning of industry-specific content and upcoming changes in regulation.
  • Creative thought contribution and strategic thinking
  • Ongoing education of Behavioral Healthcare and larger healthcare environment.
 The Perfect Fit for this Role:
  •  3+ year’s experience working in healthcare, background in regulatory compliance a plus
  • Working knowledge of The Joint Commission standards, additional accreditation knowledge a plus

Compensation and Benefits:
  •  $80,000 - $110,000 (revisited every six (6) months)
  • Unlimited Paid time off
